Process
To get started, all you need to do is send us your logo(s) in a vectored format along with the style(s) you are interested in. Our graphic design department will mock up some original options for you based on the information you provide; colors, styles, designs. You then choose the styles/options you’d like to order. Oh, and we’ll ask for final payment prior to sending your order to production. Once the payment is received, we’ll send the design to our factory and in 10-15 days you’ll get a picture of your custom product for approval.

Once you approve the mockup, we go to production. Your custom product will ship (typically) 30-35 days later.

Design

We love designing custom gear for our customers. We can also match your new gear to existing kits! We offer one free preview and two edits. Thereafter, we do bill our design time at $60/hour. Of course we’ll be working closely with you so you’re a part of the creative process and aware of the design charges.

Reorders
True re-orders (without changes or updates) are normally a little quicker because they can go straight into production, with delivery within 30-35 days.
Payment

Once the design is completed and approved, it is ready for production. Before being sent to production, orders will require 100% pre-payment (click here for our complete Terms and Conditions).

Turnaround
We can deliver custom within 35-40 days after the order is placed, with exception to knit and laser cut styles which can take a little longer.
Rush
Please email your representative about rush orders. We typically need 2 full weeks to commit to a rush and as you’d suspect, upcharges and rush fees do apply. Although we can’t always commit to a rush job, we will ALWAYS ask our factory partners.
